Stephanie, who has autism, experienced difficulty in completing fashion courses until she joined not-for-profit disability organisation Avenue, where she now works in an order fulfillment team for a clothing label.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After completing a one-year TAFE course and looking for work experience, Stephanie\u2019s mother found Avenue and its partner, fashion company Yevu.
