This album bridges the gap between traditional R&B and today's Rap world. Kori’s concepts of womanhood and her one-of-a-kind style are showcased in the thought-provoking “If I Was Yo’ Woman” and the outstanding ladies’ anthem “Still We Rise”. Much to Kori's credit you won’t find this album stamped with the “explicit lyrics” warning found on most rap albums. “…my talents take me far beyond curse words.
